Message setting most of the time because I had chosen Eibach ERS Racing springs with my Ground Control coilovers. As such, it was quite stiff even on the lowest setting. Now, with stock springs or just .8" Eibacks, you'd probably want 2 in the front and 3-4 in the back. You'll just need feel it and see what you can live with. Also, thinner sidewalls (i.e. bigger rims) will make it feel even more harsh, adjusting your final call.
